Flaxseed Oil 1000mg Capsules contain Flax Seed Oil, also known as Linseed Oil. It is a rich natural source of polyunsaturated and essential fatty acids, including Omega 3 acids.

Recommended intake
Internally: Adults and children over 6 years of age, one to two capsules tablet daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
Externally: Pierce capsule and apply contents to the skin massaging gently until absorbed
