Description
There are different types of ginseng. Asian ginseng (from Chinese and Korean sources) has been used for unclear thinking, diabetes, and male erectile dysfunction. American ginseng has been used for diabetes and for reducing the risk of the common cold and flu. Siberian ginseng has been used for reducing the risk of colds and flu, and for reducing the severity of herpes simplex virus type 2 infections.
Do not give ginseng to infants because it may cause harm. This product is not recommended for use in children.
Natures Aid, Korean Ginseng supplement contains 40mg of Korean Ginseng extract, meaning each dose is convenient and fuss free equivalent to ingesting 600mg of dried Korean Ginseng powder.

Directions for Use
Take 1-2 tablets per day. Do not exceed the stated dose.
